Are the players you're playing with located in the same country? When we matchmake we take ping of all parties into account and try to get the closest average server connection.
Custom games may default to the party leader's closest server.

I have a new game mode idea...
I am not; originally I had unlocked the second agent unlock but it wouldn’t let me use it (tuesday). After restarting however it was fixed, but I didn’t read previous threads so I was unaware about the situation.
Alright cool! Glad to hear it got resolved for you!
Sorry to bother, but for clarification, has Retroactive reward granting been granted in Asia/Pacific/etc. and NA/EU is next, or is it fixed going forwards for those regions?
The retroactive granting has been done for Asia/Pacific & EU/NA is next. All regions should be fixed for going forwards since Tuesday.
Are you still having problems unlocking new content?
One of the 170mb patches sorted it for me. Yesterday I think, I missed levels 1-9, but got level 10 yesterday and the reward worked.
I think u/NoplantsDance a RIOT mentioned the fix was soon to drop RE getting new drops but getting your 'missed' drops would take longer for them to fix
Yep we got Korea & Asia/Pacific/Oce resolved late yesterday. Next up EU & NA.
Upcoming patch has a little tooltip that points it out after you complete the tutorial. Should help.
Damn you for making the Galeria skins!
Lol why?
OK, this will be fixed next patch - not too tough to get resolved. Thanks!
Can you keep us updated? This is gamebreaking stuff that ruins the fun.
Edit: people downvoting don't know about the existence of hot fixes i see.
Yes!
Great catch. We'll get to work.
This'll be fixed next patch. Thank you!
Great catch. We'll get to work.
u/fancypmcgee just wanted to send this your way. Looks like a VII and VIII should be added to the kill feed just in case. Phoenix double kill, planting, and spike rush orbs increase the likelihood of 7 kills.
That's quite a sequence 0_o. Candidly this will fall pretty low on a priority list given the rarity of it and likelihood of it happening, but I'll bring it up to the team in case.

• Steps to reproduce: start the game. start a round. (i dont know if the settings might fix or cause it).
• Expected result: a fun but still competitive gaming experience that doesnt freeze.
• Observed result: a short freeze right after loading finishes and you are standing there with your pistol.
• Reproduction rate: 1:1
• System specs: I5-4570, NVIDIA, 6GB, 1TB HDD/ 500GB SSD, Logitech Driver for mouse and Headset, Windows 10.
Thanks for the report! We're investigating your report (and others) of freezing in-game
Hi,
Thank you for your reply. As of right now, I no longer experience these crashes and freezes. Yesterday I installed extra 4gb of RAM - 4gb to 8gb ( Don't know if that has to do anything with this problem). I decided to give Valorant another try and for some reason, it made me have to install Vanguard again. I install it, reboot my computer, start Valorant and it didn't freeze or crash. I am finally able to play. Unfortunately, since I no longer have this problem, I can't create a dump 🙁.
Hm, interesting, well thanks for the reply!
Here's a screenshot of the file after I have opened VALORANT.
Very odd. For some reason you're getting these massive, garbage values for X/Y resolution size.
Can you try making another account and logging in with that to see if it uses normal values?

• Type of Bug: Client bug
• Description: Today I tried to start Valorant, and instead of the game actually starting my whole computer froze, in a way it has never happened before. I couldn't move the cursor, CTRL+ALT+DEL wasn't working, at this moment I was in a discord call with my friends and the audio of my friend talking froze too into a repeating ear-tearing sound. I had to manually shut down my computer which I never have to do. After this I started my computer again and tried to launch it, instead of the client starting or anything the game just didn't want to even start. I checked the resource monitor for my computer and Valorant was automatically closing when I tried to start it up. I am afraid that this crash that happened to my computer was caused by riot's anti-cheat system, Riot Vanguard and I really don't know what to do to prevent this from happening in the future and how can I even launch the game again. This is the log from the CrashReportClient: https://pastebin.com/bhtaassK
If any of you have experience with this or know how to help me please respond because this is a serious problem that I think could even damage my computer if I don't do something about it + now I can't even launch the game.• Video / Screenshot:
• Reproduction rate: 10/10
• Steps to reproduce: Launching the game
• Expected result: Game starting
• Observed result: Game shut down by my computer

Thanks for the report! Thanks to your crash log, I was able to identify that your particular crash was slipping through our detection. Now I've got that fixed up and we're investigating.
For anyone else encountering this issue, reinstalling the game could fix the issue.
Same issue here. Also 100% reproduction rate. Happened in 600 seconds log in queue, in collection menu as well as in practice range.
Frames drop to only few and whole PC freezes for around a minute, after which I get critical error message. Choices I make in error message have no impact also.
Same as above - can you send me the crash dump file that's generated after you press "yes" on the critical error prompt?

•Description: So, I launch the game and I'm in "The Range" tutorial area. Everything looks smooth and normal until the game detects any input. When that happens, the game freezes and crashes making Valorant unplayable for me.

Thanks for the report! Can you click "yes" on that option, and then grab me the crash dump that it generates? It should prompt you with a message asking "do you want to copy this path to your clipboard?" after generating the crash dump, so you can find it there. You'll need to upload somewhere like Google Drive, as it will be a large file.
If you zip the file up first, it will be a lot smaller and easier to upload.
I don't have a file called WindowsClient, but I do have a folder called Windows but the only file in that folder is called "RiotLocalMachine".
This is my Valorant folder, the GameUserSettings folder is inside the "294139cf-a4e3-55c4-bc9f-1fbe1d4126a1" folder.
I could not find another instance of GameUserSettings in the other folders OR a .cfgi file called "config".
I changed the numbers to 1920x1080 but it did nothing.
Interesting. After you've launched, if you go to open the same file again, is it shown as 1920x1080?
Can you send me another screenshot of that file?
Could there also be a way to know how to obtain the skins? I.e, some text in the corner saying shop, battlepass, contract, etc?
Also working on it!
