My friend got banned today and i lost i guess around 50% of the mmr we gained over time (around 450).
He wasn't even cheating and support said he was banned because of something in his files? (he never touched those) Still, he's banned now and i'm confused why i lost almost 10 games of mmr. 1 or 2 games would've been fine. but 10????
and why did he get banned for no reason?
and why can't we get in contact about it? (chat doesn't work) anyways, feelsbad losing so much mmr but for now nothing to be done about it i guess. I'm just wondering how me and my friend can get this fixed? if it's even possible..
