Do you have any alternative accounts on your console? If so, can you try starting the game from one of those accounts to see if the same thing occurs? If you don't please try quickly setting one up to test.

Unfortunately it's not possible for us to manually unlock trophies, so for the moment you would need to continue playing games to try and unlock this in the meantime.

Just to confirm, where have you been tracking the progress for that? Sometimes it will count Scenarios for certain counts on the stats page, but these are not tracked for Achievement completion.
