For something a little different and because we had so many new Exiles join in the past weeks, I thought it would be fun to get to know the community a bit better. Who knows, maybe there are some fellow players right in your vicinity? Surviving together does not only have to be in virtual space
So let me begin and introduce myself:
My name is Natascha and I have been with Funcom for a tiny but over a year now. As you might or might not know I am the Community Director, which means I am (now that we have and get more people, at least) mostly working behind the scenes and supporting the Community Team, both Community Managers and Community Supports as well as our different communities. I am also working closely with our live ops teams, making sure your concerns get considered and prioritized as much as possible.

Hello Xbox and PS4 Exiles,
We are aware that the servers are not showing up and you cannot connect. The servers are up but there seems to be an issue with connecting to them.
We are currently on the case and working hard to fix the issue.
Please let us apologize for the frustration this surely causes and we are trying to fix this asap.
Update: All servers should show up in your lists again and should be able to be connected to. If you have issues still with a private server, please trigger a restart. This should fix the problem once and for all

Can other US or Canadian player also confirm that it’s available now with the Season 2 pass for you?
We have not heard back from Sony. It’s definitely affecting US and Canada Passes.
If you try and see that it works for you. Please let us know, as we cannot check or do anything from our side.
Exploits are hard to fix and have nothing to do with DLCs being added.
This is our forum and we do NOT tolerate exploits being shared on our forum. That is a rule you agreed to while joining our forums as clearly stated in our community rules and guidelines.
We are working actively on exploits being fixed and work with players who help us in DMs and through exploit hunters. Exploits are high priority issues for us. Artists don’t fix exploits nor does anyone who is involved in creating and releasing DLCs.
And this is enough of discussion about this issue. You know the rules and I addressed your claim as have several others in this thread.
Locking this as there is really nothing more to be gained from this discussion
As Ignasi mentioned, we brought it up with the team. There are several options but we agree that it needs to be a better feedback loops in one way or another

It seems to affect PS4 players in the US “only”. Unfortunately we can’t fix this directly from our side but we are on the case. Definitely not intended to cause any frustration with this purchase and we apologize for the inconvenience.
