I was more thinking about an actual campaign with small videos of community members who face daily challenges and feature them prominently then encouraging others to share their RL challenges and how they tackle them

Thanks for the suggestion but right now we are not looking to overhaul the pet system (that is not to say that it will never happen, though).

We are finalizing a hotfix for PC and will get it into CERT for consoles asap. As you know, unlike PC, we can’t patch immediately on consoles because the patch has to go through the certification process at Microsoft.

The Pet and Thrall Hunger System has indeed been adjusted since March. There were parts being adjusted and removed in little batches and gradually, after the decision to replace the initial system with the new one. How it was communicated in the patch notes was not ideal and we apologize for that.

Here is how it currently works:

The Hunger System (the need to constantly feed thralls and pets) has been removed. Because it wasn’t really what we had envisioned and while some players liked the system, many more perceived it as an unnecessary grind.

This is the reason we decided to remove it and replace it with a system that essentially works like the building decay system. Your thralls and pets get placed on a timer from where you place them and you can reset that timer by being in the game and close to the trall/pet in question. If you let the timer run out, they will die and disappear.

They will still take food to gain buffs but as you noticed they will immediately eat all food, no matte...

We clearly stated what was in the Year 2 Season Pass. You get 4 core DLCs for the price of 3.

The smaller dlc is a fan service for those of you who like the movie.
I explained further up why it wasn’t possible to include the movie and licensing content into the Season Pass. That is a truthful statement, sharing our info with you as people were wondering.

If you do not believe us then I wonder why you would want to be on our forums as it seems you have made up your mind about our communication and wouldn’t believe anything else we say. That sounds like a painful position to be in.

We do not lie to our community. If there is misconception or confusion with a specific topic it can stem from us not communicating clearly enough. That is something that we are totally willing to work on.

I always had the idea to do a special “Survive and Dominate” Campaign with showcasing Exiles players who Dominate and Survive their RL challenges every day. You guys inspire me greatly to pick that thought up again.

For this particular DLC we had to license the rights to include the actors likenesses.
And due to licensing restrictions, movie content can’t be in the season pass.

Some additional info regarding different online stores:
We are allowed to call something a Bundle if it’s past content.
A Season pass lable is used for specific content in the future. That is not limited to meaning ALL content but you can’t call it a Season Pass if it’s content that is already released.

It’s a good sign when players want to give feedback or if they show they are frustrated about something (them being frustrated if of course NOT a good thing). It not only helps us improve, it also shows us that you care. If no one would ever say anything, I think that is the day we should be seriously worried.

Don’t get me wrong though. We do appreciate/prefer feedback being delivered in a nice way. It makes it easier for us to collect, understand and address it
