Unfortunately, no steam key with this.
You can remove blueprints by right-clicking when the build menu is open. Right-click removes, left-click places.
Well, Caelum Oscula are unique in that they have a wider tree base. You'll need to clear the entire level of the tree to fell it. You can change the priority of the job from the utility menu (U).

There's a Dirt Wall blueprint you can build to fill in dirt. Use the Remove/Clear job to remove props, platforms, snow.

Select a settler, hit x, right-click the rat. This will tell the setter to force attack them. Then use the butcher job on the corpse.

I've uploaded a patch which should keep this infinite save screen bug from happening. If are unable to load a save which got stuck, you may need to rename the back folder '0_backup' (or whatever save slot you had) to '0'.
This is fixed in the last patch. 0.9.0.8.

There are 64 z-levels. Sea level starts at 41, meaning you've got about 23 levels of mountains/air and the rest is underground stuff.
