How many false bans do you actually resolve? I know a lot of people are always on here saying they were falsely banned and all.

I also see many people claiming false bans - some think what they do isn't against the rules, but it still is botting, as for the rest - 99.999999% are correct - we check them daily to catch any mistakes, and remove bans - it's very small in number because we find that our systems are incredibly accurate.

You guys should seriously consider reviewing false permanent ban offences as it has been proven multiple times that sometimes you are wrong with permanent bans, even though on the page about them you are extremely confident that they are all 100% correct.

Do Jagex have a plan to invest more into customer service? Since companies like Blizzard Entertainment provide a superior Customer Support system compared to Jagex.

We're not the size of Blizzard, and we put more time and money into the development of RS & OSRS to be honest. with our small CS team, we respond to almost everyone within 24 hrs (and over two thirds within 12). Jagex started going downhill when Mark accepted CEO. He's a money hungry slob that doesn't care about the players. Also the only reason they've gotten to player polls etc is because his "great ideas" were driving the company into the ground financially.

Mark's soon to be ex-CEO - it's all about Mod Pips and Matk for RS/OSRS these days!

I have a main account however about two years ago my friend logged into it and it was locked and I'm unable to recover it. If I tweet a jmod would that help in recovering the account? I have picture evidence of the multiple names the account used but yeah recovering is quite difficult =(

Unfortunately, tweeting a Jmod won't enable us to verify who you are, and verify that the info you provide is enough to prove you are the owner of the account - you can get info and advice here: https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/206666629-Denied-password-resets

I can't comment on your first point, as we mentioned before, and on the support staff point - Jagex staff answer around 50% of tweets, and community helpers (kindly) do the rest - this is because the vast majority of twitter queries cannot be resolved on twitter - we need to direct you to the support centre where we can verify who we are talking to. We will talk more about this, and more in the next blog. Account Security has been the subject of much community feedback in recent months, hence us wanting to let you know what's in progress.
