I can't comment on your first point, as we mentioned before, and on the support staff point - Jagex staff answer around 50% of tweets, and community helpers (kindly) do the rest - this is because the vast majority of twitter queries cannot be resolved on twitter - we need to direct you to the support centre where we can verify who we are talking to. We will talk more about this, and more in the next blog. Account Security has been the subject of much community feedback in recent months, hence us wanting to let you know what's in progress.
