So you click on the cannon but as soon as you enter, you click the map to where you wanna go. It transports you there. It’s kinda hard to do sometimes but you gotta do it instantly. I can show a video if you need more clarity.

Hello everybody! Here's a list of design-related changes going into today's PBE build. Because of Friday's redeploy, some of these changes were in over the weekend.

Design Changes

  • Elder Dragon reward duration 240s >>> 120s

  • Killing Rift Herald now grants your team Baron buff for 120 seconds (note that you don’t gain the bonus AD/AP, just the minion buffs)

  • Walking Nexuses are ghosted and ignore collision until they reach the middle of the map

  • Deathfire Grasp, Ghostwalkers, Zephyr, and Moonflair Spellblade added to the item shop

Bugfixes

  • Scuttle Crab shrine now properly grants movement speed

  • Players should not be able to override the neutral cannons’ target locations by firing the cannon within 0.3 seconds

  • Players will no longer be able to gain On Fire by killing clones

  • Yuumi W will be cleared at the start of Prize Fight

  • Sion E will no longer knock back Loot Teemo, Loot Veigar, and Scuttle Racer as if they were minions

  • Fixed an issue where surrenders weren’t working

No, Morde isn't enabled yet. We're not yet confident he won't softlock games.

His issues are with his R, yeah. It's not just Prize Fight, it's a bunch of things.

Are objectives supposed to spawn in the enemy top side jungle? It makes some objectives like training dummy completely unwinnable, as the Golem runs over and fucks everyone's metaphorical couch.

Sometimes, yes. Many events have rubberbanding mechanics to help out the enemy team if they are behind. If an objective spawns in the enemy's jungle, that means your team is pretty far ahead, so we want to give some help to the other team. The alternative is that the event is just unexciting because a team that's far behind in gold and levels doesn't have much of a shot of winning.

Hello, everybody! Here are the design-related changes coming to Nexus Blitz after today's PBE deploy:

Design Changes:

  • Inhibitor Respawn Time 2:00 >>> 3:00
  • Time Between Events 2:30-3:00 >>> 3:00-3:30
  • On Fire healing/shielding penalty 15% >>> 25%
  • Target Dummy movement restriction radius 1200 >>> 900
  • Spear of Shojin reverted to what it was in the previous run of Nexus Blitz (Flat DR that scales off of bonus AD)
  • The cooldown reduction was multiplying too much with On Fire, leading to champions like Jax and Master Yi having their defensive spells up too often
  • Boundary of URF Deathmatch and Prize Fight now counts as a wall for the purposes of pathfinding and champion abilities (with the exception of Kayn E)
  • Jungle Guardian is now revealed to the unit they are targeting
  • Gromp: Armor 0 >>> -10 MR -15 >>> 0
  • Krug: Armor 10 >>> 0 MR -15 >>> 0
  • Murkwolf: Armor 10 >>> 0

Why not disable the champ while you fix?

It's just as fast to revert the part of the micropatch that caused this issue, which we just did.

Have I ever told you how much I love micropatches. So easy to apply, easy to revert. None of that redeploy nonsense with needing to create new builds and force everyone to patch again.

I don't think I was around before micropatches, so I don't know the old way! I'm very thankful for them, though :D

100% = 1

0% = 0

95% = 0.95

Yup, this is how it works. It's a multiplier to incoming damage, so 1 = normal. and 0.95 means 5% less damage taken. 0, of course, makes somebody take no champion damage ever, which is what happened here.

I think we'll build in a failsafe after this, yeah. There isn't any circumstance where we'd want to set these values to 0.

This bug has existed since the very first edition of Nexus Blitz on PBE. You can do it not only on syndra, but also on a lot of pull champions by flashing/hexflashing/blinking inside there and using the pull ability. You can also hide yourself behind all turrets - in some cases it's in fog of war.

Riot refused to fix this and many others very impactful Nexus Blitz bugs - just like during the last edition of the mode - which is pretty sad to see again.

This and other bugs like it will be fixed in 10.16.
