If you have item labels disabled it could potentially make it seem like no items appeared from the chest. I haven’t heard any other reports of this issue, so I don’t have any solid ways to look into it yet. If you have that happen again a log file would be good as well. Thanks!
The poster of that other thread used the term “item name” to refer to the label that’s on the ground, which is separate from the tooltip you were able to see. My response there is a bit confusing-- the Z key is supposed to disable the labels on the ground, not the tooltips you see when hovering. There could be a bug specific to uniques that causes the text to be hidden but for the label to still exist.
In any case, if you have this happen again and the Z key is not the cause of the problem, a log file would be helpful.

- Fixed a bug where Sanguine Subvention (health leech) did not work.
- Sanguine Subvention now grants 0.2% leech per second sealed, not the 1% that it stated before.
- Blood Bond now grants minions 10% more damage (from 7%).
- Corrupted Consciousness grants 1% increased damage per 3% missing health (from 1% per 2% missing health).
- Pustulent Presence grants 1% poison chance per 3% missing health (from 1% per 2% missing health) can have 4 points allocated (from 5)
- Frenzied Accord’s damage and crit chance modifiers are now multiplicative.
- Lethal Release is now multiplicative with other modifiers.
- Sanguine Wave can have 3 points allocated (from 5).
Deal Seal - Death Wave
- Base damage and added damage effectiveness reduced by 17%.
- Mortal Pulse causes death waves to deal 25% less damage.

We’re aware that you can portal while in town-- it’s not a priority yet since we have other technical changes for portals to make in the future.

I’d say this interaction is working as intended technically, but it’s reasonable to expect the leech to be converted. I’ll bring it up internally and see if we want to change it.

I’ve tried to reproduce this issue but I wasn’t able to. To confirm, you’re dragging an item from your inventory, moving your mouse over the “Stash Tab 2” label, then letting go of the item?
A video clip would be very helpful if you can manage.
That’s strange. I was able to respec a 21st point out of Primalist while I had a point in Rhythm of Thunder just fine.
