@Morpheous I know it may look like it for you that would affect a large number of people. To be honest in any outcome we need to collect network diagnostic data using Pingplotter in order to see where the issue appears. If it's on your end - we'll let you know, if it's somewhere on the ISP end ( you'd be surprised how many hops your signal should go through on the way from your computer to our servers and back and the problem might appear on any of them) will provide you with information that you need in order to reach out to them and prove the problem. And if it's on our servers somewhere, our network engineers would still require a diagnostic date to see where exactly is the problem.
The best way to provide that information is by submitting ticket.

I'm afraid there's no way to do that. The only way to earn clan resources is to play clan battles.

@iangyl89 Try asking in the dedicated pinned thread in the Bugs and feedback section. One of the developers responsible for MacWrappers is checking that thread on a regular basis. This thread should not be used for MacWrapper support anymore.
Pingplotter is currently the best tool to investigate connection issues. Let me know if you have any issue with support so I could escalate it if needed.
When it comes to connection issues most players think that it's WG to blame for any disconnects but it's not that simple. The most important part is to understand where these issues occur. If that's your router or network settings - it should be fairly simple to resolve. If any issues on the server - we can reach out to the appropriate team. But very often problems appear on the ISP side and those are a little harder to deal with since ISP generally don't recognize these issues unless you provide them some proofs. Support is there to help you no matter where your connection issues appeared
Read moreNot exactly. It's actually old launcher and not WGC. It prompts that due to the fact that WGC currently is the only way to download and install updates. If you have any issues installing WGC or Downloading updates via WGC - Support is here to help you.
@1meanDad I can't find any tickets submitted from you on that date or related to WGC. Normally if you ever submitted any tickets ( even pretty old ones) you can find them in "My tickets" section on Support side https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/my-tickets/
