This one is a little harder to believe and I need proofs. Can you give me any ticket numbers so I could check?
@1meanDad I can't find any tickets submitted from you on that date or related to WGC. Normally if you ever submitted any tickets ( even pretty old ones) you can find them in "My tickets" section on Support side https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/my-tickets/
Please submit a ticket so CS team could assist you in resolving your Armory issue
