Hey @Jade1995Ham  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
4. Plug the console power cable back in.
5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Hey @xOLRxAbex,, i assume you have not pressed the mute button on the headset? On the Xbox mic test is detected there?

Hey, @VoKks9  @Dev0nWayn3  make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date.    You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Apex and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.   Worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.   Let me know if this works or not for you.   /Atic Read more
