Let's see if alternate DNS servers will help. Try following the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know if that makes a difference or not.

If you're still disconnecting, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

When you unlink an Xbox gamertag and link it to a new EA Account, you lose all progress on all EA games. That means all your Apex Legends characters would be reset. Along with any Ultimate Teams, Battlefield soldiers, Battlefront characters, etc. Due to how damaging it is to your account, we need to verify you own the account. If you're not providing enough accurate information to our account recovery team, they won't be able to verify ownership and give you access. The best I can recommend is that you try filling out that form again and make sure you add new information that could be more accurate than what you previously provided.

Thanks for trying. Next, I'd like you to clear the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
