Hi all!
With Rubi-Ka 2019 entering its first weekend, I wanted to touch base with everyone real quick about the launch, your response, known issues, wait times, and community content.

It’s only been a few days, but it’s been a wild ride so far. On Wednesday, we sprung open the gates to Rubi-Ka 2019 - our take on a fresh-start server which you probably already know about if you’re reading this.

(And if not, hey, we have a new server for current and new members to start with staged level caps, no expansions, and a fresh economy!)

So, the soft launch of the server went great and the response has been overwhelming - there’s a ton of people wanting to get in on the new server, which is AWESOME…but it also means a ton of customer support requests are piling in, resulting in longer wait times for everyone.

Hey there @Radray, sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your account access. While we can’t resolve billing issues through the forums (nor will posting on the forums circumvent the queue) I can at least confirm your two tickets were received in our system and will be answered as quickly as possible. We’re pretty backed up right now due to the response we’ve gotten from the new server, which mean wait times are longer than you (or we) would like. I know it sucks to wait, but we’ll work to get to you as quickly as possible.

The forums, just like Discord, are not a way for you to have your billing issues resolved directly nor a way to circumvent the queue. We answer all tickets in the order received and we’re working to get through every request as quickly as possible!

Anarchy Online RK2019 FAQ

So, a new server eh?

Yup! Rubi-Ka 2019 launches today and is our unique take on a fresh-start experience. Subscribers are invited to start anew with a pure experience - with no expansions, lower level caps, and a untouched economy to begin!

Subscriber-only, right? What does that mean, exactly?

As long an account is subscribed to Anarchy Online, that account can log in and play on the new server. If you have an existing subscription on an account, that account can log in as soon as the server’s online. No extra payments or actions needed!

If you don’t have an active membership now or at any time, that’s fine: as soon as you start or renew a subscription on an account, that account can log into the new server.

Wait, so how do I actually play on RK2019?

You may notice a new dropdown menu on the AO Launcher, next to the Settings button. Simply select “Rubi-Ka 2019” on that menu and start the game up. That will take you to the new server.

Cloaks should be distributed now for all accounts that made it into the top 10 of each Overall Leaderboard category, excluding alcohol consumed and Guild PvP kills. Please check your claims for your reward. If you believe you should have gotten a cloak and have not found it in your /claims, please message me.
