Electric heater functionality is a bit strange and appears unchanged from staging branch.

[BUG] It will provide comfort regardless of ambient temperature or biome and it doesn't cause a TOO HOT negative status effect even if you were in the arid biome feeling TOO HOT, stacked heaters, or wearing too much insulated clothing for the overall temp. The comfort goes down as you walk right up to the heater but no TOO HOT effect is observed.

Expected behavior would be it provides comfort only if you were TOO COLD before or in mild temps and causes TOO HOT if in a hot biome, stacking multiple heaters, or wearing too much insulated clothing for the overall temp like it does with fireplaces / campfires. Are there plans to improve the Electric Heater or is it intended?

Note: I'm aware of the reasoning for the heater not heating growables. Thanks for the alternative temperature buffs with the H gene / increased planter internal temps and all of the work in general for each update!

This was intentional so all players could benefit from this item no matter which part of the map they decided to build on.

I keep getting kicked from Rustafied main with an error reading something along the lines of "asset.bundle.7" on the on the reason. when i try to rejoin i get eac errors unless I restart the game. Can only stay in the server for about 5 min.

Yeah I saw that, although she’s not actually a dev, she’s just community support, so I don’t know how well that holds.

Our support staff are more up to date on these type of issues than our developers due to support deals with these issues every day, multiple times a day and have direct communication with EAC staff.

Build servers often disable certain server side antihack features to enable players without admin auth to freely fly/noclip around.

This is not possible on vanilla servers with correctly configured antihack.

I'll take another look at this when I have time over the weekend but a brief review it doesn't appear the collection rate has been changed in an extremely long time.

What about the line in the fix “scripting-runtime-version=latest which isn’t in the file currently for rust?

Escape from Tarkov is using Unity 2018.2 (I believe) and Rust is using Unity 2019.3 "scripting-runtime-version" is deprecated as of Unity 2019.1

In short, this line is no longer required and would not cause any impact on performance for Rust.

We've seen this and are investigating.

According to the Unity documentation, a value isn't required to enable it. Long as the command-line argument is present it should be enabled.

Update: We've done some brief testing internally and so far we've seen no discernible improvement to Rust's performance. It's possible this was an issue in the Unity version Escape from Tarkov is currently using but has since been fixed - We'll continue to investigate.
