Hey, Sometimes this can happen if you don't have surrounding Control Points which are friendly as they have nowhere to spawn from.
This is intended behaviour.

Hey! You will need to be World Tier 5 before you can access New York, also you will not be able to return to Washington until you have completed the main story. We have an article here on what you need to know before going on the adventure.

Hey IgotNerfed, 1) this has a fix incoming with the next Title Update/ patch
2) I'll look more into this one
3) I think this could most definitely have something to do with our current servers

A high volumne of players were experiencing issues with the servers preventing them from being able to play. The maintenance is to fix the servers to ensure we can get those Agents back online

The only time this happens is if the clan leader has been offline for 90 days. Then it will promote the next highest ranked member who has been online recently to become the new clan leader.
