I see you've done a fair amount of troubleshooting. Do you encounter these issues only when playing Countdown in parties, or when queueing up solo as well?
We've had reports of crashes related to countdown missions, but our teams need more info, and this would greatly help in the investigation.

Is there any error code appearing when you blue screen? Do you always play on Heroic or higher?
What activity are done when it happens?
Is it always at a specific time, specific mission, specific action?
What resolution are you using?
Are you using the PlayStation Boost mode?

Like it was mentioned by Ubi-Gizmo just above, our teams have been investigating this issue.
Have you tried the troubleshooting steps that have been shared in the thread, as well as the workaround that was shared by Ubi-Gizmo ?
Some users have mentioned that they have been able to reduce the issues by deleting the "The Division 2" folder in the "Documents\My Games" section. It is important to note that doing this will remove any settings which you have adjusted, and you will need to change them again.
