I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your character lowering down in levels. Would you be able to tell me if that happens with all characters? Do you get granted the Keener Watch at the end of the mission?
I couldn't find reports of a similar issue, so if you could provide as much detail as possible, this would help us in reporting this issue! Would you be able to attach a video, please?

I'm sorry you have encountered this issue! Did you by any chance change the gender of your character? We have had other reports of a similar issue and this could help pinpoint whether it's the same issue or not, as there is already an investigation open for this issue by the dev team.
