I always assumed reinstalling would delete all my progress?

Hey Obi, your progress is saved in the cloud/our servers. If at any point there is an issue with your game, your progress would never be affected (outside of any server issues we have, but it is restored as soon as we can).

This is a bit of an odd one, especially when we're talking on a console. Used to see this on PC but not a console. I would suggest that you reinstall your game and see if this resolves it. If it does not, I would advise that you contact EA Help to pursue some troubleshooting steps further.

I've made a link for you that you can click on and there should be a button to strike up a discussion with our team. I do hope you get this fixed though and you're back to playing uninterrupted, soon!

Have you guys ever considered Quadruple XP before?

I'm sure the individuals whose responsibility it is to set these events up has considered it, personally not sure on it ever happening though.

While i'd personally love to see it happen, I wouldn't even begin to wonder the sort of impact that has on progression and even the servers too... Imagine a ton of people progressing at 4 times the rate things were originally intended to be at? Would be mental in my eyes, but that's just my thoughts :D

Triple XP is this weekend's event, keeping it simple this weekend. Spend that time progressing characters you may or may not usually favor. Triple XP concludes on April 20th at 06:00 CEST and will then revert to Double XP until the end of April.

May need to reread the thread and my comment again, it's praising the efforts of this sub and community. Not the efforts of the developers behind the game, although, since you mentioned them - I'm quite proud of each and every one of them for the work they've done on this game throughout the years, more unsung heroes to add to the list!

He wrote the Community Transmission, it is his duty to release it. He will do so around Mid-April. Yesterday was his official last day as a CM, he will still be around though.
