Hey, I sent them a ticket about that a few days ago and they still haven't gotten back to me. What's the average reply time? (I understand with everything going on in the world, and with a new update replies will be slower than normal.)

Hey everyone! The outfit entitlements are still rolling out so if you do not see it in your crafting bench just yet, hang tight and keep checking. It will be available for everyone who logged in prior to Wastelanders by the end of the month.
Thanks for the post! We've got this bug on our Known Issues list and plan to address it in a future update. Currently, this should only be effecting items sitting out in the world and not items in containers.
I have the outfit but the face wear portion of it glitched out and it doesn't display in the Atomic Shop, thus it doesn't let me use it in-game.

The Mountain Scout Mask (Balaclava) is currently uncraftable for the veterans and doesn't have an icon in the Atomic Shop menu.

Still need to fix once of prevention won’t work and it’s now required many people have suffered from it.
We're investigating these reports. In the meantime, players can file a Support ticket to have the quest reset for them so they can progress.

This is being rolled out to players now! Some are already seeing it in their crafting benches listed as "Mountain Scout Out". If you do not see yours yet, hang tight and keep checking. All the entitlements will be finished by the end of the month.
I’m on steam! I’m pretty sure it was doing this before on Bethesda as well, I have no custom files and have even reinstalled the game multiple times and verified integrity of the files. I’ve waited around by the lock and had other players even pick it but it still doesn’t open for me, fast travelled away and came back and still nothing.
That's really strange! Can you file a support ticket for me and tell me that ticket number? We'd love to take a look at your character and see if we can figure out what's causing this for you.

Hello, do you know of a lockpicking bug? Everytime I pick a lock successfully it just closes and doesn’t open for me but it does for other players around me, I’ve restarted and tried everything to fix it, any ideas? It’s causing quests to being incompleteable due to needing to grab a item from a chest or open a door. Thanks<3
That's a new one to me! What platform are you on? If you're on PC are you running any custom ini files?
Yes, that is what happened. The photo doesn’t work itself (By inspecting or reading) if you pick it up early, but it apparently counts as the quest item.

Hey there! Try to completely close your game (When you get to the homepage on xbox, make sure you click "Close application") then hold your finger on the power button until it completely shuts off. Wait a couple of minutes before turning your xbox back on.

Currently can’t play past the quest “Strange Bedfellows” on my level 106, because I picked up the Photo you need for the quest early off a paper bag. When you do this it completely breaks the quest and doesn’t allow you to pass the “Look at the back of the Photo” part, which is necessary.
Currently I know of another person who has the same exact bug and there are a few people who posted with other progression-breaking bugs too.

So I'm digging through your comments and saw that someone had dropped the photo outside the wayward and you picked it up before starting the quest correct? Then you dropped the photo and logged out, but now don't have the photo anymore and can't find it in David's desk?
