What happens when you try to talk to Sofia? What does her dialog say?

I can and have tried all of the following options.

1. [Flirt] After all this is done...wanna play some Red Menace?
2. Did the Robobrain send a signal when it was destroyed?
3. There was something wrong with that Robobrain.
4. Do you think anyone else from the U.S.S.A. is still around?
5. I'll be back later, Sofia.

Try to store her Ally station (The terminal), then replace it and log out. You may have to repeat the previous quest for her but this may reset where the quest is stuck.

Hello, do you know of a lockpicking bug? Everytime I pick a lock successfully it just closes and doesn’t open for me but it does for other players around me, I’ve restarted and tried everything to fix it, any ideas? It’s causing quests to being incompleteable due to needing to grab a item from a chest or open a door. Thanks<3

That's a new one to me! What platform are you on? If you're on PC are you running any custom ini files?

I’m on steam! I’m pretty sure it was doing this before on Bethesda as well, I have no custom files and have even reinstalled the game multiple times and verified integrity of the files. I’ve waited around by the lock and had other players even pick it but it still doesn’t open for me, fast travelled away and came back and still nothing.

That's really strange! Can you file a support ticket for me and tell me that ticket number? We'd love to take a look at your character and see if we can figure out what's causing this for you.

It’s almost all locks. It allows me to do the fridge in the responders place by the church in flatwoods. Doesn’t let me pick the Morganstown chest where the 4th holotape is, doesnt let me pick the Chem box in the green country lodge stairs or the Fertilizer bins at the water plant. And any ammo boxes/ Chem boxes I come across either
