I've logged out several times, and waited for it to show up. Any other tips? Steam has been linked to my Bethesda account for a long time now.

There is no pre-load for consoles since it is an update on there.
So correct me if im wrong.....I can continue on bethesda launcher until my 1st expires, spend my atoms and then when i move to steam i can resub to fallout 1st through there and then continue to play my character as normal, all previous world challanges and unlocks will be there already just not the actual atom points or 1st membership from bethesda launcher?

They are working through an influx of tickets and will get to you as soon as they can! If you filed your ticket before the deadline they will still honor the entitlement.
Are bethesda and steam servers going to be cross play?
Bethesda.net and Steam will share the same servers.
Hey does anyone know if atoms I earn today will be transferred over to my steam account tomorrow? and we can still play on the beth.net launcher right?
Atoms you earn are exclusive to the launcher you earn them on. So if you unlock an atom challenge and earn 20 atoms on Bethesda.net today they will stay on Bethesda.net.
You can also play on either launcher, progress transfers over between Bnet and Steam.

Most likely! We're noticing the older accounts are taking a moment to show the entitlement. Keep checking back. You may need to log out then back in for it to show as well.

The cut off date was yesterday for the free Steam copy by linking your account.
What are the update sizes for console?

Since it is an update on console and not the entire game downloading there is no pre-load for consoles.
You can still play every mission, some older missions will have new dialog choices but will still be there.

Wait a few hours, log out then back into Steam and check again. Older steam accounts may experience a delay in getting the entitlement.

No weapons are being removed. I’m not sure where the crossbow rumor started, but it’s not true.
Respond to that ticket and tell them the troubleshooting didn’t work. You will still receive your copy since you filed a ticket before the deadline. Our support team is working through a massive amount of tickets right now so response time is slower but they will be able to assist you.
Apologies if you’ve already tried this, but have you checked that your graphics cards are up to date?

So, the message will say that it cannot be placed due to Wastelanders specifically, and not just the usual "Can't place C.A.M.P." message?

What would happen to your CAMP if it's near a new no building zone but not in the exact same spot? Will it disappear anyway? I don't want to move mine because it's the only flat zone I can place it in the area and I'm pretty much sure it wont place the blueprint anywhere else... also I don't know if I will be able to connect before the changes so... any thoughts?
If your CAMP is in a no-build zone, when you log into the world you will get an alert that your CAMP cannot be placed because of the update and you can move it for free to a new location. If you're just near the zones marked on the map and not in it you most likely will be fine :)
