Unfortunately, I can’t seem to look up any of his crashes. Could he please upload his most recent console logs instead?:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs

Sorry to hear that. :frowning:

There’s no overheating, no? The CPU is also stable? I ask as occasionally, an overheating CPU can also produce GPU-related errors, bizarrely.

We have some other solutions here you may wish to try: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360021422873--PC-How-to-Resolve-Most-Crashes

Otherwise, I’m happy to contact Steam and request that they issue you a refund.

Have you made any changes to your computer’s hosts? (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc)

Changes to the hosts usually result in this error.

If not, I’d recommend that you scan your PC for viruses and malware.

I suspect that unfortunately the routing between you and Friend B is incompatible.

We have seen this issue reported in the past but we’re simply so limited on what we can do to help from our end. :frowning:

I’d recommend reaching out to your ISP as they will be best equipped to handle this.

Sorry @ericruiz90, I’ve yet to hear back. I appreciate not wanting to wait any longer. Should you wish to opt for a refund, please explain your situation to PlayStation Support who’ll be able to process that for you.

This is it! We condensed all Easy Anti-Cheat errors into one article, hence why the original article is no longer available (unfortunately, there is no redirect option).

Could you see what happens if you switch to DirectX 11 (within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu)?

Forum Streamline Icon: https://streamlinehq.com

Also - try DirectX 12 with both Afterburner and RivaTuna disabled.

When did this start for you @MURDERATTACKKILL?

Sorry about your crashes - I’m looking at the logs but can’t see any specific explanation for them.

I think, in this situation, this would be the best place to start: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360021422873--PC-How-to-Resolve-Most-Crashes
