Hey /u/HayleyDeSchepper, we'd like to get logs from you to investigate this issue further. When you or your friend next encounter this (or if you haven't relaunched Fortnite since it happened), can you please:

1. Close your Fortnite client

2. Navigate to C:\Users\AppData\Local\FortniteGame\Saved\Logs

3. Grab the FortniteGame.txt file that is there (It will be time stamped from when you closed your game)

4. Share it via google drive / dropbox / etc

Thanks for the report /u/tx_drew! We've investigated this issue and it looks like some players may not see their Stocking full when first entering the Lodge.

Opening a Present, playing a game, or re-logging should fix this and fill the Stocking with the appropriate challenge.

Could you try to open a gift then leave the Lodge and select the Feedback option from the top-right menu. Add "Winterfest issue" in Subject and Body of the bug and submit.

Please let me know when you've submitted and we can check your logs and investigate this issue.

No I never use hideouts, this was just after picking up the gun. Dropping didn't fix the issue. I played the whole game without a crosshair. Also your jedi swords are broken. My other video in my profile shows me getting killed when I am behind the light saber. This update is very buggy!

Nice find! Yep, this is a reward for hitting Level 100 in the Battle Pass.

There are other banners at +100 level increments too to show off your progress!

UPDATE 12/20: This issue is now resolved, the notification and blip appear mid-match. Happy holidays!

We are investigating an issue where the UI notification and blip informing you that someone has joined your party mid-match is missing.

This notification still appears in the elimination feed.
