Are you using a special keyboard or controller?

Could you try to open a gift then leave the Lodge and select the Feedback option from the top-right menu. Add "Winterfest issue" in Subject and Body of the bug.

Please let me know when you've submitted and we can check your logs and investigate this issue.

Our team is still digging in and investigating this issue. If you have an Xbox or Playstation controller available, can you try plugging it in and trying to open the present? Please let me know if that works :)
