Maybe by some chance you thought it was a Shadow but really was a Legend? I would try winning as a Shadow to see if that helps trigger it complete. Let us know what happens. Thumbs up

The reason why would be in the email sent to the email address registered to your EA account. Make sure you check your junk/spam/promotion folder to see if it was routed there. Can't find it? Please inquire with our Terms of Service team and they'll be able to confirm what led to the action on the account.

I was implying there was some sort of skipped frame and lag after watching that because the Shadow really seemed like it teleported, which is why I said you wouldn't stand a chance. Not knocking your skills, but I can see how that response could have been taken as a shot. My apologies!

That is not considered a bug if you are voluntarily leaving the game early. I understand that can be disappointing to experience when 2 other Legends don't show up with you, it's possible they closed the game down right when the match was initiated. We'll let the team know these situations are coming, but going forward if this happens again and you don't want to continue with the match I recommend dropping out of bounds or give another squad of Legends everything you've got.

If you leave during the finisher you are subject to getting penalized because your squad hasn't been wiped yet. Sounds like you went through some frustrating games before you came here though and hopefully the rest of this week is different. Do you crash a lot? We're always here to help avoid that from happening if troubleshooting is something you're interested in on the technical issues board. (that is where you posted)

Try performing a clean boot so it disables all programs that aren't required to run Windows. Once it's up immediately launch the game through Origin. If it's still giving that error, we know it's not a program running in the background causing it.

The team is aware of this happening. You're able to hear other voices if they're using their quips while on the dropship. Had some games where players participated as if it was a conversation, but we've seen the spamming too. Thumbs up

This is now fixed in the Legendary Hunt Patch.

  • Fixed an issue where shield cells and shield batteries would sometimes appear to be permanently stuck to the player.

Hey, all.

So far this looks to be the only thread created. It was also reported here and it looks like a Respawn dev asked this question:

"Hi there, have some questions for people who are having problems with getting the wrong badge - What platform are you guys playing on? Also when was the last time you played a rank match? I have a theory that it might not be working correctly for some people who played rank early on in Season 2 but stopped playing soon after."

Can you respond here with that information please?
