If you're still having trouble with this it's likely because the game is running off your Intel chip instead of your NVIDIA one. Right-click on the desktop and go to your NVIDIA Control Panel and add the game to run on that card. You should be able to do this under your GeForce Experience program too.  Blueberry.png Read more

Your GF has good taste in gaming. I'm afraid there is not much we can do from our end though as we cannot remove coins from an Xbox account nor refund through Microsoft's billing system.

I can only recommend contacting our friends at Microsoft Support to see if they are able to remove that purchase and provide a replacement code. I cannot guarantee this will happen, but they'll be the team you want to direct this inquiry to.

What's the audio settings set on your PS4? I'm sure you have the latest PS4 software update, but can you confirm?

That's really exciting to hear you finally came across a workaround fix so you can play the game (so far) without any crashes.
