Hey @MetalGearWar !
If you're still having trouble with this it's likely because the game is running off your Intel chip instead of your NVIDIA one. Right-click on the desktop and go to your NVIDIA Control Panel and add the game to run on that card. You should be able to do this under your GeForce Experience program too. Thanks for your suggestion and concern, @TakumiFujiwaraha. The team has some secretive plans going forward on addressing cheaters in Apex Legends. Find out more on it by click here to read up on their latest check-in.
Were you able to get back into the game after changing the DNS? This way we can mark it as a solution so others can find it helpful.
Your GF has good taste in gaming. I'm afraid there is not much we can do from our end though as we cannot remove coins from an Xbox account nor refund through Microsoft's billing system.
I can only recommend contacting our friends at Microsoft Support to see if they are able to remove that purchase and provide a replacement code. I cannot guarantee this will happen, but they'll be the team you want to direct this inquiry to.Do you get the same audio issues if you change the audio setting on the PS4 via the link I previously sent above?
The team also just updated the Dev Tracker with "audio issues" which are being investigated.
What's the audio settings set on your PS4? I'm sure you have the latest PS4 software update, but can you confirm?
Do you use an audio adapter or is the headset plugged directly into the controller?
Which platform do you play on? We've seen some reports but with a wide variety of hardware configurations, headsets, and playback device selections we've fixed this for those experiencing this.
Does it happen for you all the time or randomly? Have you tried changing any of the audio selections on your PS4 and what headset do you use? Does it include a mixer?

This conclusion (that the no-error crash is related to extended high GPU utilisation) doesn't allow for a quick fix because it appears to be a problem in the game's code somewhere. But if you are experiencing the same kind of crash I'd recommend getting Afterburner (or HWInfo64 or some other app that can monitor GPU utilisation) and then lowering your settings until your GPU utilisation graph stays below 100% all the time. That may enable you to at least play the game while waiting for Respawn to fix it.
Thank you for the analysis on your experience troubleshooting crashes (and the workaround you posted at the end). We'll continue to make sure the teams investigating this are aware of how important this is to the community.
