@Arachno_Phile This was an issue caused by some mods that add new non-human factions. We shipped a hotfix that mitigates it - restart Steam to get it. The modders will also hopefully fix their end soon.

@V2Shi I'm not sure what you mean. Sometimes you need to hard-close and restart Steam to make it update.

@g_jackson3 1.0 has the basic functionality, and it was expanded in 1.1. It's been steady since then.

Minor PSA: RimWorld supports multi-version mods! There's no need for any mod to drop version 1.2 support while adding support for 1.3. Details on how are in the ModUpdating.txt file that ships with the game.
