We've built a feature that allows you to save and load ideoligions independently in RimWorld. It's currently live in testing on Steam's 'unstable' beta branch. Anyone who wants - give it a shot and let me know how it goes! Hoping to send this to everyone soon.

@pianojosh Yes, you'll need to quickly throw up a fenced area. This is very fast and cheap to build, though.
@AshesBit With a huge group of new players comes a huge amount of new feedback. We're addressing lots of things now. Would have to re-evaluate once we've done all the obvious stuff.

@BlindRyan1 We are working on this feature, though it's a pretty serious chunk of functionality so will take a bit of time.
@6nodder6 Theoretically, any old health conditions should go back to where they were. Any new ones you made on the broken version may be in weird places (the health location indices changed).
@6nodder6 I'm pushing a fix for this now, so old saves will load right. Saves from the last few hours might get funky but it's more critical to support the long tail of old saves. Very sorry about this, we tested but didn't find this particular issue.
