Hey Pro, problems like this can be incredibly frustrating, especially when they're repeated. Have you tried opening up a support ticket?
It goes up at 1:30!

Operation Steel Wave is advancing on Rainbow Six Siege, bringing two new operators - Ace and Melusi, along with a major upgrade to House. Learn about redesign, the new Proximity Alarm, and more at rainbow6.com/steelwave

Firstly his smoke needs to be removed. There is a reason Thermite got his removed ages ago (to stop smoking off breachable walls) this also does not help the situation with Ying and her smokes. this combination will be the death of next season (thats a fact) remove his smokes before this becomes a bigger issue. Secondly, remove 1 of his gadgets. He is a thermite in terms of (size openings) and a Hibana (in terms of range for openings) in one. he needs a trade of between the two. give him 2 gadgets instead of 3 so it makes his breaching capabilities limited otherwise you will be making 2 operators obsolete next season. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. think about your previous balance changes on other operators. Ace is literally going to cause issues.

The reworked maps all look like they were pulled from a garbage dump of old Duke Nukem rejects, and they were designed to only be fun for pro leaguers, who only play 'Defuse Bomb'. And lo and behold, in the notes on the reworked House, they were ballyhoo-ing all the changes that were made - so it will play better for 'defuse bomb' (i.e., pro players). They said it was a 'casual' effort, but once again, it sounds like Casual is being tossed aside. We've been burning up the forums, begging them to return the original and night maps. They still have not done so. They're still forcing us to endure an unwante...

I keep reading that the new rework for house is not going to be in the ranked playlist, is this true?!
If true, then wtf ubi?!
Locking this because it is a necro, which is against the forum rules. You are more than welcome to comment on a newer thread or create your own for further discussions.

If someone gets banned for teamkilling in ranked or toxic behaviour, is there mmr rollback?

How about doing something with the reports?
Here is the R6Fix for the weapon skins resetting.
Regarding repeated sites, what map do you notice this happening on the most? We are aware some players dislike joining ongoing matches, but the other side to that issue is getting frustrated when no one backfills their match. It's a complicated balancing issue. If joining in-progress matches were to be removed, how would you deal with players that are at a 5v4/3/2 disadvantage? We are also aware of instances where matchmaking feels unbalanced. We have been including links to threads and screenshots in our report to the dev team. Read more

Pointed this out on another thread, but I'll mention it here as well.
Gregor talked with Jean-Baptise on Ace vs Hibana/Thermite. Jean-Baptise mentioned the goal for Ace is for him to be used in situations where hard breaching is risky, like on Coastline according to Gregor. Thermite's openings are still the largest, and Hibana is a 3-speed with solid weapons. I personally don't think Ace is going to ultimately replace either of them and may introduce more variety in hard breachers on certain maps.
Again, I would wait until the TTS tomorrow and actually try playing him to get a better understanding. Read more

This is definitely a popular suggestion, but I don't have any information if this is in the works at all. For now, they are limited-time events still. I would love to be able to play Rainbow Is Magic or Outbreak again.
Both of those are just promoting griefing, which we don't commend. Instead, you should be submitting reports so we can look into these players.
I'm double-checking in on this, but I would think it is intended with the new system. Not sure though!
I recommend opening a support ticket if you haven't already!
Hey Phronix! There's a bit of a delay in people receiving their packs. I see it's been about 8 hours since you posted. Any luck yet?

I don't see why that would be an issue, as long as you aren't using your accounts to smurf or as backup account t hack or do anything malicious you should be fine.
Just a reminder that Necro'ing old posts is against the forum rules. Please be sure that you're double checking the date of threads before posting on them. If you want to start another thread about the issue that you're having, feel free to, but I'm going to lock this one up.
Hey Dog, firstly, I see you're pretty new to the forums. Welcome, and I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the game!
This seems to be a pretty frequent ask from the community, and the more posts different folks make over it, the more we have to send back to the devs, so thank you for asking about it!
