Which game mode are you seeing smurfs in? Also, how often are you coming into contact with one?
Weapons, maps, and operators are free updates to the game. The DLC gives players access to the new operators a week earlier than others.

Fun fact: the majority of Siege's Ranked player base is in between that Silver-Gold range. Not everyone in that elo is new or toxic, thankfully.

That's not the case here. Some operators have characteristics specific to them (Mozzie's reload, Warden's run, Nokk's stance with HEL activated), but that doesn't mean every operator will get something like that.

Almost everyone uses t hunt to warm up not to actually play that part of the game. Since there is no shooting range type thing, it would be nice not to blow up casually when running through the hunt. The thing is, that part of the game is used to warm up and concentrate on the aim. C4s are just annoying i would get rid of them just like with the explosive runny boys
