Will our progress be wiped (I mean the creator progress, so me playing Elden for example) after Access is over? And how will this work for future updates?

The plan is for you to start from scratch - it's a good way to show the entire game through and through. Unfortunately, your progress cannot be transferred from one account to the other at this time, so we have to do it this way. It might be a bit of a race to Acts 7 and 8 (￣▼￣*) We hope you guys are up for it.
I am worried about the mental health of the Pagan online team, you guys seem to be under a lot of stress, it seems to me that you guys are being overworked and maybe being asked to crunch to meet the deadline. So my question is: is the overtime being paid for?

We are very busy, and we do have to work overtime often. That's just a fact. Luckily we all love our jobs and are fairly compensated (although no one would turn down a raise, as anywhere else :3). And that's a yes on OT compensation. We wouldn't have it any other way.
