Alright I guess I figured it out: the pet is redeemed on your NA account, and I'm guessing you're playing on your ASIA one. If you reach out to support, they may (or may not) be able to remove it from one and put it on the other. Can't promise it but it's worth a shot!

Actually The Ascendance is our special Trials pet and gives bonus XP. Early Access players will get Archmage Woodward, our bonus gold pet.

Ps: don’t forget to log in before August 25 to get Mighty Mut, one of our two Gamescom pets! He gives a speed bonus ;)
