The issue is actually a major database outage and affects a number of games, as well as other services. It just happens to be on our patch day randomly :3

Well we do have loot auto-collect and you can filter what items you want that to apply to, so if you don't want to waste time and energy grabbing that sweet loot piece by piece, we got you. Read more
