Hey christian, let's try to check your game installation to make sure that there are no corrupted files causing the problem. To do this:
  1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Installed Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
  2. Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved
If the issue persists, if you could please send us your DxDiag information that would be super helpful for us to take a closer look. Here’s how you can do it:
  1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
  2. Type in dxdiag and hit OK.
  3. Click on Save All Information.
  4. Choose “Text File (*.txt)” as the Save as type.
  5. Save the DxDiag.txt file to your Desktop so it’s easy to find.

Here’s a quick fix you can try to stop those pesky resets:
  1. Click on the Windows logo, type %localappdata%, and hit Enter.
  2. Open the HLL folder, then go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor.
  3. Find the GameUserSettings.ini file and delete it.
  4. Launch the game again and see if your settings stick this time!

Could you please try updating your audio drivers?
  1. Open your Windows Device Manager by opening the Windows Task Bar
  2. Type Device Manager in the search field and press Enter
  3. Expand the Sound, Video and Game Controllers drop-down menu
  4. Right-click all devices and select Update driver
Additionally, try deleting the following folder: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\HLL and allow the program to regenerate the files. This might fix your problems with VoIP.
Note: after deleting the folder, you will need to redo your Settings and Keybindings.

Let's try to check your game installation to make sure that there are no corrupted files causing the problem. To do this:
  1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Installed Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
  2. Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved
Also, could you please try running Steam as an administrator:
  1. Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam)
  2. Locate the application
  3. Right-click it and go to Properties
  4. Click the Compatibility tab
  5. Check the Run this program as an administrator box
Please then retest the game and see if the issue persists.
