1. Open your Windows Device Manager by opening the Windows Task Bar
   
2. Type Device Manager in the search field and press Enter
   
3. Expand the Sound, Video and Game Controllers drop-down menu
   
4. Right-click all devices and select Update driver

Additionally, try deleting the following folder: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\HLL and allow the program to regenerate the files. This might fix your problems with VoIP.Note: after deleting the folder, you will need to redo your Settings and Keybindings.Could you also please click your Time and Date in Windows and make sure it's synchronised with the internet? Try to select the option "Set Time Automatically". Also under the “Synchronise your clock” option, select the button that says "Sync Now". If this doesn't work, please sync it manually if the time is off.After correcting your clock and date please retest the game to check if the issue is fixed. Hope it helps.Regards,
