We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with the title crashing - we've moved the thread over to the report a problem forum so we can try to help to resovle the issue!
Can you all please confirm for us any error messages you receive when this happens - exactly as shown on the screen, please?
A screenshot would also be very helpful!
To take a screenshot, please make sure, that you have Steam Overlay enabled in your game
  1. Go to Steam -> Settings.
  2. Click the In-Game tab.
  3. Check "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game"
  4. Go to Library.
  5. Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
  6. Under the General tab also make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is checked.
In the game, press F12 to take a screenshot. Then press Shift+Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and Upload your screenshot, make it public. Then simply include the URL of your screenshot on the forum (it should look something like "http...sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=...")

  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
  2. In the Run dialog, type dxdiag and hit OK
  3. Click on "Save All Information"
  4. Set the "Save as type" to Text File (*.txt)
  5. Save the file as DxDiag.txt on your Desktop so it’s easy to find
  6. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents, and paste them into a free text hosting service like https://justpaste.it/ or http://pastebin.com/

Update 17 has deployed on all platforms!
This update brings the release of the brand new Tobruk map, Dynamic Sandstorms and some Quality of Life Improvements!

The Second Siege of Tobruk was a short lived battle set in Tobruk - Libya that saw the capitulation of the British defences, within a single day. Set on 20th June of 1942, the Second Siege of Tobruk featured the successful campaign of the Deutsche Afrika Korps against the British 8th Army, as the harsh summer sandstorms rolled in. Aside from the close-quarters combat of the city proper, the map also features various caves, aptly named the “Desert Rat Caves” after the defenders of Tobruk, who were often referred to as the “Rats of Tobruk”.
Tobruk comes with the following game modes:
  • Warfare
  • Offensive British
  • Offensive German
  • Control Skirmish

Cinereous Monk, could you please try updating your audio drivers? Here’s how you can do it:
  1. Open your Windows Device Manager by clicking on the Windows Task Bar.
  2. Type "Device Manager" in the search field and hit Enter.
  3. Expand the "Sound, Video and Game Controllers" section.
  4. Right-click on all devices and select "Update driver."
Also, it might help to delete this folder: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\HLL. This will allow the program to recreate the necessary files, which might resolve your VoIP issues.
Just a heads up: after you delete that folder, you’ll need to redo your settings and key bindings.

To best assist you, can you please tell us if you can't find any compatible server at all or if you can see the list of servers but not join them? Please give us more details about this issue you are experiencing.
In the meantime, please try running Steam as an administrator:
  1. Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam)
  2. Locate the application
  3. Right-click it and go to Properties
  4. Click the Compatibility tab
  5. Check the Run this program as an administrator box
Also, let's run the game as an admin. To do this:
  1. Right-click the game in your Steam Library
  2. Go to Properties then the 'Installed Files' tab
  3. Click 'Browse'
  4. Locate the game executable (the application) and left-click it to highlight the application

Please do try the steps that TheCrazyCanuck has suggested these are part of our troubleshooting steps.
If they do not help, can you please complete the following steps:
  1. Click on the Windows logo, type %localappdata% and Enter
  2. Open HLL folder and go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor
  3. Delete the GameUserSettings.ini file
  4. Launch game and retest saving your settings
