Hello Tenno! This hotfix predominantly contains behind-the-scenes changes in preparation for today’s launch of the 2024 Lunar New Year celebration items for the Year of the Dragon 🐉

Fixes: 

• Fixed a script error in the Clan/Alliance Message of the Day that would cause chat to break for players who interacted with it. 
• Fixed the UI in the Shiny Treasures Offerings in the Sanctum Anatomica not indicating if a Decoration is “owned” and how many the player has in their inventory.

Hello Tenno! 

We have run a script to swap the incorrect Lens Blueprints (individual Focus School-specific Eidolon Lens Blueprints) to the intended Eidolon Lens Blueprints earned from Rotation C of Persto’s Drop Tables. 

Short Summary: Presto’s Drop Tables used to reward nonfunctioning Focus Lens Blueprints, which we fixed in a past Hotfix. As a follow up, we have just swapped out those Blueprints for the working and intended ones. 

Detailed explanation: 
In Hotfix 35.0.7, we fixed Focus School-specific Eidolon Lens Blueprints (ex: Eidolon Naramon Lens Blueprint) being rewarded instead of the intended Eidolon Lens Blueprint. Since these School-specific Blueprints are not designed to exist independently from their Eidolon Lens counterpart, there were two issues that could occur:

1. If you didn’t have an Eidolon Lens Blueprint in your Inventory, you would get an “Unknown Error” warning upon attempting to start crafting, ultimately rendering those Blueprints useles...

With this week's earlier Hotfix, a number of players received inbox messages containing items from packs that they previously purchased. (ie. if you had purchased the TennoCon 2023 Digital Pack, you may have received a duplicate of that pack via your inbox). As of the time of writing, we have run a script removing all items, Platinum, etc. earned from this double redemption of previous paid packs.

The items you earned from the initial purchase should not be affected -- we simply reverted the unintended inbox messages received on Wednesday. Extra care was taken to not disrupt accounts in this removal process, so if you had already spent some of the surprise Platinum or Regal Aya, your account balance will not go below zero.

Should you be affected by this script and feel your account was not updated properly, please contact our support team.

There is no consistent pattern from the telemetry on your crashes. Various different modules are failing without any obvious reason. These crashes are also unique to your system.  The diagnosis is that this almost certainly hardware instability that you have induced by modifying your hardware's operating parameters.  While system tweaking is fun, we cannot really offer any support to players who are running their hardware out of spec.  Request that you run the game using default BIOS settings for processor, memory, power management etc before reporting further crashes.

Cross Platform Save Fixes: 

• Fixed case where a merged account could be a member in two different Clans. 
  • This was caused by merging a Console account in a Clan with a PC account that has a pending Clan request that was accepted after the merging. Affected accounts have been returned to the Clan they were in on their Console account prior to the merge. 

Fixes: 

• Fixed Clients experiencing performance issues when using the Astral Bond Mod on their Sentinel. 
• Fixed Sentinel customizations purchased from the Arsenal not equipping onto the Sentinel and causing the customization UI to disappear from the screen. 
• Fixed disabling the Depth of Field option in Captura for the first time not doing anything.

The game thinks I'm buying something, when I'm only trying to buy the arcane adapters. 

For preface, I now have over 9k plat from the Prime Access, which should not be an issue
