Hello! This may have to do with your speaker set up. I would suggest investigating your system to see if it is in 5.1 or surround speaker mode. If your system is in this configuration and you don't have the physical speakers to support it, you may be missing some audio channels, including the center speaker. Make sure your system is set to stereo playback.
