Hey there! The MMR Rollback notification appears to be delayed. I checked into your account linked to your Steam account, and can see that the system reset your MMR due to it detecting a significant amount of MMR impacted by cheaters. More details about the reset system here.[www.ubisoft.com]
Are you getting an error message when this happens at all?

I am surprised there is no Community League like I saw in another shooter I did or something like SmitePrime in Smite.
Not entirely sure all the details on setup but if Ubi supported such a thing with reward of R6 credits for a few top winners, I am sure it would work just like in those other games.
Those games have smaller playerbases too.
Naming and shaming is not allowed on the forums. We also cannot properly process reports through the forums. If you believe you have been DDoSed during a match, please answer the questions from this post on a Player Report ticket. These reports help us identify trends and potential flags to look for in order to act on players. Thank you for sharing your experience, but please remember to not name and shame these players.
I'd check in with the support team since there is an issue with the MMR Rollback Popup.

This article[www.ubisoft.com] is a little dated, but it explains the basics of how points are awarded.
Hey guys! Please note that the MMR Rollback pop up is having some problems at the moment. We are currently looking into it. You can reach out to the support team to clarify on how much MMR was removed or added with the system.
It most likely was a visual glitch. They can reach out to the support team to verify!
We are working on communication regarding our plans against the recent increase in cheaters. We will be sure to post it here once it goes live!

At the very least, when the BP does launch, you can view the full track on the R6 website and in-game to help decide if you would like the Premium Track or not.
A map editor has been suggested in the past, and I personally think it would be neat to see what people come up with!

The message you are seeing may or may not be related to cheaters you reported. The message is just saying that you have played with currently-banned players, and it has reverted any MMR gain or loss you've had from any of the recently banned players. The rollback is the total amount of MMR impacted - both positively and negatively. By losing MMR from the system, this means you gained more MMR from banned players vs losing against them.
