As they mentioned, Unranked plays by the same rules as Ranked, which Recruit is not available to be played. Recruit is meant as an operator for newer players who do not own many operators and are trying to learn the basics of the game.
In the event all of the operators you own have been selected, you will be given Recruit for that match.

The clearance level is not factored into matchmaking, so you shouldn't be looking at clearance levels as a way to determine the balance of the match. Given that you are ranked in the average MMR range, it is fairly concentrated with a wider variety of skill vs the tighter feel of game sense in higher elos. This could be why you feel you are being put with a bunch of newer players since it's a fairly average elo range.
As I used to play competitive FPS games, I can understand it can be difficult to solo queue out of lower elo, especially in a team-based game like Siege. It's why most people opt to queue in a group since they know they can communicate well and play together well. There are plenty of places to reach out to find players to queue with.
If you would prefer to play solo, you need to learn how to adapt to other players and sometimes take the initiative as a shot-caller. You should be taking the time to help other players learn vs belittling them, as that doesn't help a... Read more

It is considered unfair to have you spawn in during a round is in progress. If you are able to load in before character selection is over, you should have the chance to pick and operator or have one randomly given to you.

The option is currently available on PC but not for console. It was not intended for console to do it in the first place. If you are being redirected to your incorrect data center, you should be reaching out to support.
We've made note of the long queue times for the SA severs. Long queue times depends on when you are queuing, as queuing during non-peak times will cause longer queue times.
