Hey guys! Did any of you notice the gear you marked as Favorite switch to Junk? Did any of you guys notice that you have any additional exotic crafting materials after losing your Chatterbox?

Hey Identity! Thanks for the report. Have you tried going back and seeing if you have the chance to cause them to respawn? I understand that you should not be able to respawn them after you killed them once, but have you attempted? If you have and still cannot get them to spawn, I recommend trying to get it to spawn in another player's session. I will reach out to our TD2 team regarding this instance.

- How new is your clan?
- Did you recently join or leave a clan?
- How many players are in your clan by chance?

Hi guys! Please note that we are currently investigating reports from players that they are not receiving their weekly clan cache awards.
Please remember that you should receive a Clan Cache if:
- You have joined your first clan OR been a part of the Clan for more than 7 days,
- The Clan reaches at least one milestone (bronze, silver, gold)

Hey its4ndrew713. Please note that we are working to answer as many threads as they are coming in. It is fairly difficult but I can assure you the team is trying their best. Can you clarify if you were using a controller as well? What kind of controller? Have you tried any troubleshooting?

Hello gabrepotter. I was able to locate your ticket regarding your performance issues with DX12. I have passed on your MSINFO file to the TD2 team for review. I noticed you mention you still experience performance issues with DX11. Is it worse or any better compared to DX12 issues? Your recent copy of your MSINFO still shows the following on Start Up. Please disable:
- OneDrive
- BitTorrent
- Steam
- Epic Games Launcher
- Discord Can you clarify what HDD you have TD2 and Uplay installed on? What HDD do you have your OS on?
I can see some error messages related to UNIGINE Benchmarks. Are you able to disable or uninstall this program by chance?
Could you also try lowering your refresh rate to under 60 Hz for troubleshooting purposes? Read more
