Hey this is a known issue on our side and we are currently investigating what could be going wrong here.

Hey Agent,

There are currently issues with matchmaking for the Dark Zone and some players are recieving delta's when trying to join.

We are currently investigating on our side of things to work on a fix.

This could potentially why they are not as busy as they normally are.

Sometimes the items will appear straight in your inventory or apparel.

Have you looked to see if they are already on your person?

As people have mentioned already, Warlords of New York is an expansion for The Division 2, so you will need to own the base game before being able to play :)

Ok, if so, I sorry. I was trying both levels you mentioned. Because "the wipe solution" worked, I didn't have to lower the level.

Absoloutly no need to be sorry Agent :) I'm glad the wipe solution has worked for you, I've heard it can be quite tricky to work

It does not matter. On heroic you can't wipe so you won't finish the mission. In other words – it seems like the level of the mission does not impact. The location is just bugged.

Hey, this does matter, this issue doesn't seem to be occuring on lower difficulties and only seems to be happening on Challenging and Heroic.

Hey, could you confirm that this occurs on heroic or challenging please agents?
