While we cannot remove temporary bans from player's accounts, we'd like to know more about the issue.
  • Have you had any similar disconnections since?
  • What was the approx. Date / Time of the disconnection?
  • Do you recall any particular error codes you received when disconnected / attempting to reconnect?

Thanks for adding to this @itzstashy , sorry you're also having issues, if you could please also provide more information regarding the behaviour of your ping when playing on the South African server too, just so we can get an understanding on what the general performance is that you experience, it'd be appreciated as we can pass this onto the team.

Sorry for our delay in getting back to you about this!
This is referring to Battle Pass points, not XP.
So when playing, you'd be earning more points toward your free Battle Pass track.
As we haven't had any other reported issues with the double BP points being rewarded during the weekend of the promotion, just to confirm if it was the Battle Pass track which you couldn't see updating? Read more

Thank you for reaching out to us with this feedback on the current balancing.
These changes are made between seasons to try and keep the game equal for all without some always having an advantage due to ill-balanced Operator abilities or weapons.
As you can see in the latest Designer Notes , statistics such as the Operators with the Highest Ban / Win / Loss rates are what influence who may receive the nerf / buff that season.
We do understand that when brought into the game, they may not be to everyone's favour and welcome players to the TTS to try these features and changes before they go Live and provide their feedback and comments on them, not everything is final and player's TTS comments have lead to changes being made in the past.
Likewise we'll pass your feedback onto the team regarding the current state of the balancing choices you've noted and if you don't do so already, would certainly like to see you on the TTS sessions sharing your feedback there too as while ... Read more

Thank you for your response @jk_hunt , however please understand that as Ubisoft Support, we can only provide updates and information when we have it available ourselves.

When we pass feedback onto the team, from that point on it is down to the team's discretion if the suggestions are taken onboard and when.
We cannot expedite this process, nor can we guarantee suggestions will make it into the live game and when this is expected to happen.
Should the team update us to inform us a suggestion is planned for implementation and the patch to expect it's release, we'll be sure to inform players of this.
However without this information, there is very little we can offer in terms of a response other than what UbiSushiVamp and Ubi-Viral have already provided to you.
We appreciate this may come across as repetitive but we like to at least keep players in the loop and not have them feel their posts or checkups for updates are being ignored because we have nothing to share.

I've taken a look at your DxDiag and one thing I've noticed is that your drivers aren't up to date, as the latest was released 11th Oct).
The latest AMD driver for your GPU and ready for Windows 11 can be installed here.
Please give this a try and let us know if there's any changes as running on an old driver, especially not one for the OS you're running can have a negative impact.

Are you find this to be the case in Ranked or Unranked?
As when it comes to matchmaking, the system will attempt to balance teams out to an equal average MMR.
This can sometimes involve one higher level player being matched into a team of an overall lower rank to balance with a team of more equally ranked players. And this is also applied during off-peak times to help reduce queue times.
Regarding smurfing, this is something the team are also in the process of taking actions to address on a larger scale. You can read more on their plans in their Reddit AMA available here.

In the past, there's been a trend noticed with playing Event matches and loadouts resetting next session, if this helps you reproduce and capture a clip as this would be appreciated for us to add onto the investigation!
