Thank you for looking in to this; if you need more info from the players please consider starting a mega thread on the subreddit collecting people’s experience with the issues. Sometimes bug reports are too specific when you have 2 dozen examples to provide over a period of time like 2 weeks.
It would be ideal to send DXDiag and MsInfo through the Support Team while making sure graphic drivers are up-to-date.
The more info we have, the better.

I had the exact same issue and while going to DirectX 11, fixed it. But that's just me, so I would like to know if this is the case for you too.

Also why vendor in DZ have new stock every day and Cassie only every week?

Just found her and says no items for sale. Is this a bug or does this happen once in a while?
There are a few issues with Cassie right now and are currently investigated by the team.
We've updated our Known Issues list on the Forums and it includes Cassie's issues.
