We totally understand how frustrating it can be when your game settings keep resetting.
Here’s a quick fix you can try to stop those pesky resets:
  1. Click on the Windows logo, type %localappdata%, and hit Enter.
  2. Open the HLL folder, then go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor.
  3. Find the GameUserSettings.ini file and delete it.
  4. Launch the game again and see if your settings stick this time!

Could you please try updating your audio drivers?
  1. Open your Windows Device Manager by opening the Windows Task Bar
  2. Type Device Manager in the search field and press Enter
  3. Expand the Sound, Video and Game Controllers drop-down menu
  4. Right-click all devices and select Update driver
Additionally, try deleting the following folder: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\HLL and allow the program to regenerate the files. This might fix your problems with VoIP.
Note: after deleting the folder, you will need to redo your Settings and Keybindings.
