Or it's just PR and he's talking bullshit. My and everyone else's subjective feelings are that we are playing against people two tiers above us and I want to see legit evidence that will prove me wrong. Otherwise it's my word against his word.
That's fair - I didn't back this up with anything other than "we didn't do what that tweet said we did". I provided no evidence because I don't have proof of things we didn't do, but stay tuned and we'll share more of our plans and what we intend to do to make the system more fair and transparent moving forward

sorry to jump into this thread 8 hours late, but I wanted to clarify: we did not change the climb and we are not using the climb to combat smurfing. The tweet from player support was incorrect on all of these points and they will be putting out a clarification on that. Sorry for the confusion. To your point there are better ways to improve the experience for players vs. smurfs than this would be, which is one of many reasons we didn't do this. Again - sorry we spread misinformation with that one tweet.
I literally have no other program opened, not even an anti virus (on w7), everything closed on a clean install on a SSD.
FPS capped at 60 with the lowest settings.Yet, even in laning phase it sometimes stutters to 10-15 for no apparent reason idk.
Did you notice this same issue last patch (9.22) or just the most recent? (9.23) ?
We've been looking for the source of this problem and right now it appears that it's related to programs that use an overlay (not one specific program) - as others have noted it may help to close any programs you have running that use overlay while we continue to try and fix the issue. Sorry I don't have more concrete info to share, this bug is proving hard to track down.
Please fix camera lock. It's the most annoying one. Can't see the fights im supposed to enter, so I can't position and do skillshots. This can literally lose you games and LP. Thanks for the effort and response.
This bug will be fixed in the upcoming patch (9.23) that will be released on Tues/Wed (depending on your time zone). Sorry and hang in there!
These bugs are very shitty and especially so in the last weeks of Ranked. We do have each of these logged and are actively working on them. The loading bug is particularly nasty and hard to fix because we aren't getting logs but we've found the source of the mouse minimizing and I'll post a reply with a timeline for that fix later today.

hey, so my client is broken. It is black and white with text scattered everywhere. I redownloaded the client and it worked, but when i logged out and reopened it is black and white again with text scattered everywhere missing important links and cant access anything in the settings tab. Do i have to keep redownload the client and just never log out?
I hope you got this fixed - sounds really weird! Email support they might be able to help (especially if others had this same problem)

Hey do you have to do missions 10 days in a row or you can do them over the course of a month?
you can do them over the course of the month, but you have to finish 1 to unlock the next (total of 10 games for all 10 rewards)
