Not switching gear or doing anything in the lobby.

Thanks for messaging us!
While the fix will not be immediate, we have noted that your account is missing the Repeaters.
Sadly, I do not have an ETA for them to reappear on your account, but our team is working hard on getting this done sooner rather than later.
In the meantime, hang tight and keep an eye on our Twitter account. We'll update as soon as we have a solution.

So it doesn't seem like they can do anything :(

Damn, unfortunately it seems the do not have to tools to grant the quest. Sorry for the misinformation, the repeaters quest will be available during the patch next week though :}

I understand not wanting to learn hard earned progress. It was never our intention to have you lose any items, but we are working on how to fix the various issues. Our customer support cannot grant everyone the items they need, in this instance it will be done by the dev team.

Just to clear the air, we are writing a script to return the following items to players who lost them in the merge: Dull Arcstone, Shining Arcstone, Orbs, and Rams. Hopefully this will help you on the road to +15 with all your gear <3

We will update you with an ETA as soon as we have one. :}
